### SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Alpha & Omega Inspires. We operate on a made-to-order model to ensure high-quality finishes and minimize waste. 

#### 1. Where We Ship
We currently only ship to destinations within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.

#### 2. Order Processing & Fulfillment (Made-to-Order)
Because our products are custom-printed on demand via Printful, every order requires fulfillment time before it ships. 
* **Fulfillment Time:** It takes an average of 2 to 5 business days to print, pack, and quality-check your custom items. 

#### 3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is fully processed and leaves the fulfillment facility, it is handed over to our domestic shipping carriers (such as USPS or DHL). 
* **Standard US Shipping:** Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days after fulfillment is complete.
* **Total Estimated Delivery Time:** You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 13 business days from the date your order was placed.

#### 4. Order Tracking
As soon as your items ship, an automated notification containing a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier system to update the tracking link.
